Had a similar day on Prien....kept 15 specs, 1 red, and 4 flounder.
All top water action except for flat fish. It was nice morning to be on the water. Tide was moving! |

Don't remember what mine was when I caught it but right here hanging on my wall it is 26.5 long and 14.5 wide and was 10.5 lbs. that baby was fat too!

According to RodnReel.com's length/weight calculator, a 20 inch flounder would weigh about 3.62 lbs. A flounder would have to be over 28 inches to weigh 10 lbs according to this chart.

That flounder weighed way over #4. If you look in the photo the trout are 13 inches and longer. It is as long as 2 trout end to end.

I'm not trying to stir anything up or doubt you. I was just giving you some stats based upon the information you provided. You said it was as long as the inside of your ice chest which you later said was 20 inches. It is a very nice fish!
