Crabs on the pit for appetizer.

Redfish fillets on the pit with creamy lump crab meat sauce on top.

Was great!

Brisket, smoked meatloaf, links, hot dogs, potato salad, baked beans, corn on the cob, and to many deserts to mention. Over thirty people at the house and nobody left hungry.

Hamburgers, sausage, homemade mac-n-cheese, corn on the cob, and tri-tip. It was my first time cooking tri-tip and it definitely won't be the last.
