Default Ribeye and Loaded Sweet Potato

Keeping things simple today, grilled up a Sam's Ribeye while the wife finished up the sweet potatoes...

Can't go wrong with that !!!

Never seen a sweet potato with all that on it. I thought a loaded sweet potato was with cinnamon sugar and butter

We always had them that way growing up... My wife is from Northern CA and had never seen how we "loaded" them up before either, but she has converted now ...

Good stuff, give it a try !!!

look at that nice tail on that ribeye. That is where all the flavor is. If I ever win the lottery I am going to cook me 10 ribeyes and only eat the tail and give the rest to some homeless person! LOL

We have a butcher shop in town I went to buy some rib eyes from a few weeks ago. He cut them and was wraping them and I noticed they did not have the tail told him I did not want them without.. The tail is the reason I like a rib eye over any other steak
