Default Rockerfeller west zone

Anyone know if the west zone closed, or still open?

There's 3 zones now. Coastal, east and west. Coastal is closed for sure.

Are you talking west side duck hunting zones or the west side of Rockefeller? I just left Rockefeller and when you put in at Josephs Harbor the west side canals had signs saying they were closed (i.e. the canal where the LSU weir is was closed)

I was working by Rockefeller Friday and rode thru the area and people were catching some crabs and shrimp so took the fam today for a few hours. Went to the concrete weir and the crabs were running big time, and they were really large also The shrimp there were small, not sure about any other weir. We had 3 lines out and my wife and kid were constantly busy and pulled in three and four at a time sometimes. Never seen anything like that.
