Very very simple to do yourself, although none of you will do this:
Remove all the skin, then scrape off as much meat as you can. Place the head in a bucket or something outside in cold water. Every 2 days take it out and scrape the loose meat off and then change the water until you are done (if you don't the bone will be stained). The brains will come out easy then, as well as the cartilage in the nose. Takes about 6 days depending on temperature. Will come out snow white and perfect.

If you don't want to try it on a deer first, try this on a doe skull or a squirrel or nutria, etc. This method is called 'cold water masceration', and what many of the museum curators use for prepping skulls for display. I know a girl that does this and they come out better than anything I have seen boiled and then peroxided. FYI

I have seen shoulder mounts he did and they were very good, he has mounted deer, elk, rams and a few other animals for my family and all ways does good
