Default Deer steaks

Im not sure what to call this recipe, but i tried it last night and it works

1 can of italian diced tomatoes (i used basil, oregano, and garlic mix)
1 can sliced mushrooms
flour
sweet onion, bell pepper, and any other veggies you normally use.

Heat your oil in an electric skillet to 350

roll deer steaks in Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning till covered.

mix flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, and parsley flakes.

fully cover steaks in flour mix and brown each side for 5 minutes in oil and then set aside.

add the leftover flour to the oil and cook down to a light roux.

add tomatoes, onions, peppers, and mushrooms.

set steaks on top of veggies and back your heat down to 250 and let simmer for about 45 minutes or until the onions are soft.

take out and serve.

as soon as i get off work im going to heat up some leftovers

45 minutes does not sound long enough to make deer tender, IMO.
