Default Sulfur Louisiana trip?

I am heading down to the sulfur make Charles area for my sons little league World Series this week(Tuesday-Sunday) I would like to take the family on a guided half day trip just not sure where or who would be the best. My son is 7 so probably more numbers would be best for us. A group from 3-8 max depending on who else from the team went. Thanks for any advice

You can try Hackberry Rod & Gun. Might be hard to find a guide on this short of notice.

Darrels by Mcneese off 210 has awesome poboys...messy but awesome. Its a restaurant/sports bar, but family friendly...lots of TVs and cheap draft. Do yourself a favor and don't pass on the spicy mayo!

+1 for Darrell's. Also for seafood I like Steamboat Bill's by I-10 bridge.

For a good plate lunch or other items on the menue Richard's on Hwy 90 in Sulphur. Not fancy.... casual dress.

The Boiling Point has good food...... but I have not been there in a long time.

Something different..... Hong Kong over on the west side of Sulphur has a great Chinese buffet.

Sure enough I remember seeing yall there, we ended up with 2 seed and lost out to the Canes out of Baton Rouge finishing in the top 8 out of 27 which isn't bad. We didn’t hit the ball our second and the kids came out flat gave up 5 in the first in inning and that was it. We were done. My son told me his feet felt like they were melting on the turf. We signed up play in the World Series in Chalmette, we had a kid drop out so we down to 9, not sure if we’ll be able to play in it which wouldn’t bother me.

Where are y'all staying at?

The places mentioned already are good food. Also try Holliers and Chamblees Buffet is good but lunch only.

If you like Mexican food, LaRumba on Ruth street. If Italian, Joe's, a little further north on Ruth street. Hollier's is in between those 2.
