Default REAL Tex-Mex

Gettin serious with the Tex-Mex tonight.......made my own enchilada sauce with dried peppers, then made a buncha homemade corn tortillas, fidna hook up a serious ground venison/boar mix mexican style. Ole lady did some vegetarian pintos in the pressure cooker. This is enchilada night done right!

how it came out. Bout as good as it gets. Tex Mex is such a bastard child of the culinary world, that its one of the most challenging to get right... IMO

We had a sleep over..... 7 kids.....That was half of it. I made 2 pans lol

that looks dame good, I love real Mexican food but not a damn thing wrong with tex-mex! and big props for making your own tortillas! that takes talent and time, I"ve never tackled that one..
