Default VB 1/18

The weather was nice so me and my son gave it a try. We found the reds stacked up on a ledge on rising tide. Once the bite turned on we had our 2 limits in a little over an hour. All were nice fish over 24" - caught on market shrimp. We played around with a few more on Gulp shrimp new penny before we called it a day.

Nice catch. My son and I worked the drains in Shark Bayou Saturday morning and never got a single bite. Wrong place, wrong time I suppose Glad to see there are some fish around.

The water where your at is beautiful considering what the rest of the bay looks like.

It wasn't hard to find nice water. I was surprised to see how quick the water cleared up after the wind died down. Google Modis Today... the water is really nice almost all over the bay except the extreme West side. The water seemed fairly salty also.

I've got some family coming in from out of state. Would like to show them a good time fishing v bay so any coordinates would be appreciated. Not really interested in learning so no need to share water depth, clarity, or temp.

Thanks in advance
