I understand your anger...seeing that pisses me off too. I almost got in a fight with someone at the launch for trowing two empty ice bags in the water. Not on is it trashy, but it can wrap around your lower unit and burn up your water pump. Some peoples children these days...

I have no tolerance for people that litter. One of my big pet peeves.

Yer acting like this is uncommon! Louisiana is so pretty landscape but it's a *****hole as well so trashed! I can't believe how many people just don't give a crap ... Styrofoam cups 20oz coke bottles

true everyday for the last two years I've seen tons of trash along the canal off of Seigan behind the lowes in baton rouge and for the last two months I've ran over the same peice of plywood in the road on sherwood forest blvd in baton rouge and I always think, doesn't E. Baton Rouge have a Dept of Public Works? I would get out and pick up the peice of Plywood if I wouldn't get ran over, but dang its been there for two months and I'm wondering how much longer its gonna be there before someone picks it up its in the freakin road!

Yep! I see cops swerve away from debris in the road and not stop!!! Back home if something is in the road it's not there for long |

In walker, the cops will get out and do the same, so will LPSO.

Gonzales Police might be the only force with some sense of appreciation. Not only does Gonzales have crews to clean this kind of stuff up, the police will get out and pick up some big debris. Thats where I'm hoping to end up in about 2 years. As a cop with Gonzales Police.

I have cut grass and have maintained commercial and private property and you would not belive the trash people and companys throw on the ground but whats tops all is to see a cop throw a ciggarette out his window

Everyone that comes down here from way up north always makes the comment on how much litter is on our highways and roadsides.

The cops are the experts on the current criminal trends. If they have determined that a “high capacity” semiautomatic pistol and a .223 semiautomatic rifle with 30-round magazines are the best firearms for them to use to protect people like me and my family, they are obviously the best things for us to use to protect ourselves and our families . |
