Default Stuffed Flounder

Start with a de-boned flounder

stuff it with this.....yellow onions, bell pepper, celery, butter, bread crumbs, blue crab meat and shrimp

its going to be full.....

sprinkle it with Tony's cut some slits in it and stick some sticks of butter on it

set the oven to 375 convection bake if you have it have and bake it for 25 minutes, baste it with 1 part melted butter to 1 part Worcestershire sauce
Try to keep the kids out of the extra stuffing while you at it.....

Looks like this when it's done.....

Bon-Appetit!!!

Not sure which is better....... the fish or stuffing.

Did you also put a little lemon juice on it?

That right there is why I choose to live in this area. On an average monday evening, your family is eating better than 99% of people on earth. It almost makes the mosquitos, hurricanes, and humidity not so bad when we can eat like that on the reg.

You take you filet knife and run it along the bones on the top side and bottom side.....then get some kitchen scissors and cute the bone on the side going from the stomach cavity to the back of the tail.

Snap the spine and pull out the big center piece of bones. Then you repeat going a little further back.

After you do that you turn it inside out and trim the bones with your scissors off the side.

Your turn in back right side out and stuff it. It's pretty simple.

You can search it on youtube there is a video on it, I cant search youtube from my work computer. If you don't find it by this evening I'll post it up.
