Cheers Trout Bashing Continues 6-9

Scotty Muller with Gaiennie Lumber was back with us today. We had to reschedule our last trip due to weather. The guys came into the lodge last night and Chef Shawn P LLC cooked up his famous crawfish étouffée and Tator salad. Everyone went to bed full and happy. We were greeted with calm winds and seas this morning, and the trout were waiting! It didn't take long for the trout to start flipping in the boat, once the double rigged Matrix Shad lures hit the water!! You just can't fish with a better soft plastic. The fish were smashing shrimp all around us and smoking our lures! Solid fish coming in two at a time, just doesn't get any better. Our bite slowed down a bit earlier than the last previous days so we made a move and picked away at the fish. The winds kicked up and so did the seas, so my guys were ready to head North. Incredible day once again with these guys and they all went home loaded down with fillets. Thanks Scotty for the continued business.

Big thanks to Capt T Miller and C Venable for running the other two boats. Everyone smashed the trout and had a magnificent time!!
