Playing catch up...
I bought a new smoker while I was home over Thanksgiving. We did 3 pork loins, 10# of leg quarters, a brisket, a ham, 5# of chicken wings, 3 racks of ribs and, some sausage and, didn't begin to fill it up! a few more and, I'll quit...
Here's a couple of the little smoker putting in some work, recently. Eman and, I was called on to do some charity for a friend of a friend. The collision center chipped in and, we did 80# of leg quarters and 4 gallons of baked beans for em.

Nice smoker! I would have to get rid of that broke back mountain thing on the top though, the positioning of some of the folks and animals is a little too odd

I think it will come off. But i just figured out what it was, A header ,a heeler and a bunch of kids.
