Default Playing catch up...

Here's just a little peak at what I've been up to lately, in the rare moments that I'm not at work...

I bought a new smoker while I was home over Thanksgiving. It's a monster but, cooks amazingly well considering its size.

Christmas party cooking! We did 3 pork loins, 10# of leg quarters, a brisket, a ham, 5# of chicken wings, 3 racks of ribs and, some sausage and, didn't begin to fill it up! LOL

Smoked some summer sausage and, made deer sausage as well on the "little" smoker(it's a 250 gallon tank).

Since I bought all of these slicers grinders, mixer and, stuffer, this is my typical Saturday night.

Default a few more and, I'll quit...

Here's a couple of the little smoker putting in some work, recently. Eman and, I was called on to do some charity for a friend of a friend. The collision center chipped in and, we did 80# of leg quarters and 4 gallons of baked beans for em.

Nice smoker! I would have to get rid of that broke back mountain thing on the top though, the positioning of some of the folks and animals is a little too odd
