Is It Friday or Fryday?
I know today is Friday but it can also be Fryday! I've been wanting to make this for a couple of weeks now so today was the day. I started earlier this afternoon bt making a dough for poboys. Shaped two nice loaves I thought would just double in size. Here's what really happened. three to four times in size! When the cooking started I decided to have only one beer, Fries done! Boudin balls done! Crawfish boudin and regular stuffed with pepper jack cheese. Hot fried chicken livers right out of the fryer. Oh, here's the bread after cooling a bit from the oven. It kind of deflated a lil bit when I removed the plastic wrap. They came out a little darker than I wanted because I was outside frying. Fried Chicken liver poboy with Scratchmo's mustard and Ghost Pepper pickles. |
