I'll have one of each.

My Aunt makes some English Muffins topped with crabmeat in a bechamel sauce that is my favorite app. Easy to make too.

kinda mixed two recipes. blended a pkg of velvetta with a pkg of cream cheese and sprinkled in the pecan chips. original recipe was to roll cheese into 1" x 10" logs and roll in chili powder to be sliced and put on ritz crackers, but i put it on muffin halves and sprinkled chili powder on top, then baked at 350 for 15 min.
i had a few left over and i heated one up for breakfast the next day and it was pretty good. the next day i did the same thing only i drizzled some steens over the top----it was crazy, different good. don't think i'd want it every day, but not bad for leftovers.
