That must be the FCS of Boudin...not included were Nunu's, Best Stop, Don's...We all know those are the Best!!

I once talk to someone and they told me that the Boudin Cook off required you to give away 600 lbs a of boudin which is a lot of free boidin. It is also held on a Saturday which in the boudin business is the busiest day of the week. Also, Don's celebrated their anniversary this past weekend at the store which probably made it hard to participate this year. And yes, those are the best.

Don't forget Billy's and Bourques. Bourques is by far my favorite its just tough to justify driving to port barre for boudin

75 lbs for linked plain or 40 lbs specialty.

I agree with Meaux, Bourques is my favorite and their pull apart breads aint too shabby either. Every time I'm in te area ill pass by the home of the Red Devils and load up on goodies.

Charlie T's in Breaux Bridge is sure up there with the best if not the best in my opinion.
