Sounds great! Do you have a burner that you can bring to cook on? If not, I may have access to an extra 1.

Thanks man, we'll see what else we need when it gets a little closer. I think we'll have everything though.

Ok, I'll be bringing a double burner cooktop and I'll see about getting a single one also. I think we should be good with that, 1 for the deer roast, 1 for the chili and 1 for the fish concoction.

If anybody thinks they may come to the fundraiser and would like a shirt, please let me know. I would like to see about getting the shirts made ASAP because I will likely be leaving to go to Mexico next week and will be there for a couple weeks.

Also, everybody needs to let me know which design they would prefer for the back of the shirts. The top one is A and the bottom is B, please let me know ASAP so we can get this rolling. The front will look like the bottom picture.

Ross
i like "b" as well that looks pretty sharp, i already have the rod built for the fund raiser, i cant seem to be able to get a banner so i guess i am going to have to go with your friend who said he could do one for me.
Also i would like to discuss with you the t shirts a bit.

Alright, it looks like we have a clear cut decision to go with B. I'll take orders for the shirts til Friday then I'll give it to W so he can see about getting them made.
