Default Oklahoma hunting

Okay,
so I am headed to Oklahoma for the Holidays and I have a couple days after Christmas to possibly hunt.

Any of you guys have connections up there??

Tim West is close to Oklahoma City, never hunted with him but he comes highly recomended.

I have a buddy that goes every year and they go around and ask people to hunt their land and alot of the people up there will let you as long as you show and give respect

Plenty of public hunting opportunities. Check out the dept of wildlife site for ok. I understand that the public hunting there is not crowded like it is here.

From my experience up there it just depends where you hunt. But overall Ducktrickster got it right, it didn't seem as crowed. There are tons of opportunities though. I hunted all last season and we had a great season. I lived in Enid at the time, which is a little over 2 hours from Pryor.

I know every year we go birds are everywhere......
I may just have to tote father in law around to help me get permission!

Ray, thanks for the link. I talked to Tim this morning and I am in the works of booking a hunt for next season. It looks pretty impressive and he is a real nice guy to boot.

Southern ......the worthy master of the wind took it easy on us today......

All Star we should have had five limits of Greenheads.....but my gun had a bad day...LOL

And the little man's little twenty had all it could stand with those greenheads
