Henderson hydrilla / hyacynth spraying
He said the Black water has backed up from the south and there are large areas w/ 0% dissolved O2 . Also they will be spraying close to 400 acres next week trying to combat the hydrilla and hyacynth. Then another 400 in a few weeks. So if you see the airboats working you may want to give them a wide berth. |

Henderson will never be the same. I remember growing up you could fish anywhere in the north and south flats. Now the grass makes that impossible. 3-5 pound bass were caught on a normal basis. Sad to see the lake I learned how to fish on go to crap. They need to give the natural river flow back to the lake IMO.
