Default Fourchon Tonight

I'll be heading down to Fourchon tonight to do some work tomorrow morning. Anybody know a couple of good roadside spots that usually hold a few reds? I normally try at that drain pipe a couple miles north of Fourchon but it's not often I'll catch something. I have never tried between Fourchon and Grand Isle.

Default Fourchon

If you are heading towards grand isle from fourchon.
The first two bridges cross bayou thunder.
The third is the elmers island bridge.
Lately you can catch all the rat reds you can reel in and a few keepers
at the elmers bridge on bait shrimp.
Need to fish the falling tide ,(last 2 hrs or 1st two hrs is best.
There have been a few monster trout and a near limit or two caught there on the same tide in thje last few weeks on cacahoes.

I'll def be doing a little work in Leeville but I may have to do some work at C-Port for Apache. I'll be staying in a camper we have down there behind the port authority office.

If you are gonna fish the little bridges over the canals going toward GI, don't forget about throwing a Silver or Gold Spoon. My bro and his Paw in law have been doin good with that and the live cocahoes on a Carolina Rig. Bait shrimp will catch all the rat reds, puppy drum, & sheepies you want.

Ya that is Chouest that has that. It's a floating dry dock in the middle and the 2 side are some boat slips to do some top side work. It's built just like c-port with overhead cranes and all.
