Had a guy one time swing to shoot at a duck and hit me in the back of the head with his gun barrel. By far the scariest moment in the blind for me. It took all i had not to break his whole face with my fist. I cussed him out lower than a dog and called the hunt. Needless to say not a word was spoke on the ride home and never hunted with him again.

I don't play the not safe rule it can get bad real quick. When i guided there was another guide that took a guy out that brought a brand new shotgun still in the box. Didn't know how to put it together, load it and didn't even know where the safety was first time the guy had been hunting. When he got back to the lodge he told all of us he never took his eyes off the guy in the blind.

when i was 11 we were out with a guy down the road (age 16) watching him shoot his 12ga. ole boy emptied two of his shotgun shells. proceeded to load em in his gun and told my friend to run. i was terrified. ole boy proceeded to lay into him with the wad of the shell from about 20 feet. luckily he missed me on the second shot. i was GONE sauce pecan. we meet up and my buddy has a two inch deep hole in his leg from where the wad tatooed him.

Accidents happen, no big deal. The guy I'm talking about made it a once or twice a hunt kind of thing. He hasn't sat in a blind with me since and he never will again.

Had a crack barrel .410 at about age 7. Squirrel hunting behind the house. Big fox squirrel came out on a limb. I had a bullet in the chamber. Pulled hammer back and let off a shot. Somehow/some way, the crackbarrel wasnt completely closed and flash-burned my face with the gun powder. I wrapped that gun around the tree.
