Default Lacassine 3/26/11

Me, my brother-n-law and a freind went to lacassine this morning and ended the day with 16 keepers the biggest going 5 1/2 pounds. We had some really nice fish we kept and caught quite a few we had to put back. Baits we caught fish on were watermelon red flukes on top walking the dog, and buzzbaits. We missed quite a few fish that wouldn't blow up on it just slap at it. All in all it was a good day on the water and can't wait to get back after it.

If you mean the old launch, we launched there and its shallow, seen a guy hang his motor backing in, you just have to do some pushing to get boat off. The new launch is steep but deeper
