They are great!!
My goodness! They go above and way beyond. Like I said earlier, I've never owned a ford but I may give them a shot when I buy my next truck.

Bought my 2015 F150 with Courtesy and luckily have had no issues. Bought my wife's and sons vehicle with Sterling and they are fantastic

Today makes 4 weeks and I still don't have my truck. I'm still on foot. Called this morning begging for a loaner. He is going check with management and getting back with me. I told him I've never been treated so poorly in all my life. Luckily, my wife works with me or I would be a month into a rental on my dollar. I will never do business with this establishment again. Worst part is I've spent over $150,000 with Courtesy since 2012 and they could care less.

Or the owner. Seems like they SHOULD be bending over backwards to help you and keep you as a customer.

Called 3.5 hours ago and still haven't gotten a call back.

It's obvious that they could care less whether they keep me as a customer or not at this point, so I'm kind of at a loss at what to do at this point. Going over there and jumping their a** isn't going to do anything but just infuriate me more. I just cannot believe that a dealership of this magnitude with so much competition in the area would do this to someone.

Just called and talked to the manager. Told me he is going to call Ford and see if they will give me a loaner. Just like I expected, I voiced all of my frustrations and he could care less. All it did was p*** me off even more. NEVER, NEVER do business with any Courtesy dealership. PLEASE!!!

Can you pull tbe truck from Courtesy and bring it to Sterling? You still may have to pay but hopefully they can remedy the problem. Trade that thing in on a new one without a moonroof

I call sterling ford & they gave me a 2016 platinum at no charge , replaced my aftermarket tires, leveling kit , tiny and weathergaurd toolbox .

My buddy had same thing happen on his king ranch except it was leaking through drivers side pillar . Robinson brothers here in BR screwed him around and eventually fixed it

I will never buy another domestic car from anyone BUT STERLING GROUP they kick arse
I'm not a Ford guy but that's damn good customer service pox. Don't find that much anymore. Good on them and good for you

I believe that with a vehicle, it is all about service after the sale. Courville Toyota always took great care of me, didn't mind driving from Lafayette to get there. I have a Ford now, wanted to try one...happy with my service department at Hub City. I have not heard anything great about Courtesy over the years. No matter the brand, it is the service that matters. You only need a great service department if something bad happens. But for oil changes and basic scheduled maintenance, a good department works too.

Correct , and did everything at my house as far as paperwork so I didn't have to drive 1 hour to dealership.

Good lord! You must have really overpaid for that 2015!!

Just kidding lol I bought my truck from sterling as well and I can't complain about a thing. They even bring me to work and pick me up when I have oil changes.

Ford is getting a bad trend started on warranty denies, I guess their trucks are selling themselves and they think we won't leave them. They just got done denying my brothers 2013 f 250 diesel with 30,000 miles $9,000 fuel system failure. Apparently they are using some ****y bosh fuel pump and when it shredded it ruined all lines and all 8 injectors. They just denied it and said he had bad fuel and when we went and got out own samples no bad fuel could be found, appealed and lost. The service manager said we were getting hosed but he could not make Ford pay.

Honestly they gave me the best price out of 3 dealerships , best trade in by a ridiculous amount and handled business on my leaking truck . As long as sterling sells it I'll buy it from them
