Like Johnny said, this is a very big process so, if there is anyone who would like to volunteer for either family, please let me know! Eman and, Mrs. Eman have already offered their support in cooking this year's dinner again! Thank you so much!
Just found this thread and would like to send a donation. I understand there is an underscore between the c and fisher but is there a space or underscore between fisher and 79. You show it both ways.

It should look just like in the quote above, no spaces between it.

Thank you so much for your donation!! It is really appreciated!!!!

Thanks to all of you who have chipped in on this. It's been a great success thus far and, with fund raising ending tomorrow, I must say that we are in line to make a great Christmas for two deserving families! Right now, we are very near $3000!!!

Thank you all again!!!

Come on guys, one final push as we will start splitting up the money today. No late donations will be turned down but it would make it easier on the "elves" if everything could be tallied up today and sent to the volunteers doing the shopping. Thanks again everyone who has helped and will be helping by donating time or money. We will try to take some pictures of the donations and have a report once the deliveries are made. Big thanks also goes out to Corey for being the treasurer of the project.

Ladies and gentlemen, we raised $3067.73 in cash donations!!! Thank you all so much for the help and support! Not only is the cash raised but, we have donations of furniture, food and, clothing that are too long to list right now!

If my understanding is correct, we have a member from the west that will be coming this week and, I will cash them out then and, let the shopping begin!

I'll keep you posted as progress is further made. We have a lot to do before the 24th! LOL! Again, I thank you all with all my heart! You guys are the greatest!!

While I appreciate the kinds words, please know that there are many involved in this deal.

I have to say thanks to "Chicken" for letting us do it in the first place. Johnny Miller has been a tremendous help in this for the last two years as well. Wives, girlfriends, strangers and, the whole list of donors here, are what truly makes this successful! My hat is off to you all!

I'll be headed in from offshore tomorrow, it looks like Mr Jude will be making the run to BR for me Wed or Thurs. I'll be in touch will everyone who I've spoke with over the last few days to finalize our game plan. We are still shooting for Sunday shopping, wrapping, and delivery for the West Side family.

If I am that member from the west you are referring to, I forgot to give Jude the cards Sunday. I would mail them, but they are at the camp.
I have a message in for Jude to see if he can stop in Hackberry on his way back from JB Hunting and get them. My bad on this !

For what it's worth, those cards weren't figured in the amount posted earlier. I only counted cash "in hand."...Paypal, actual cash and, checks.
