Nah, he came and borrowed some snagging hooks from me the other day for an "experiment" as he called it. He also had a 12' ugly stick straight for walmart. Now, I know what he was up to! Lol!!!

I saw a sign at the one on N Sherwood that it was stocked with trout but I couldn't catch any. I did not know how to fish for them.

I do cast a bead head wooly booger on my 3 wt. but w/ 20 mph winds i been leaving the buggy whip at home.
Not at burbank this year. The water at forrest park is real murky ,heard the same about perkins, The pond at flanacher has alot of trees and brush . Sherwood forrest is the best and easiest for fly fishing . Water is VERY clear so small tippet is mandatory.
Guys fishing w/ the right size line but trying to use corks didn't get a bite ,(fish could see the cork) . Can use a cork at forrest park and perkins rd.

I have pics and i will post them up on BREC facebook page in a day or two.
There are tagged trout this year and it works like any other tag . call and report and post on BREC facebook . March 15 2011 they will be drawing from all reported tags for prizes.
