Default Camoing a pirogue

Does anyone have any suggestions or experiences with doing this? I printed a grass design off of the internet and transfered it to cardbooard and thats where ill be stopped at until spring break.

Could have went to Walmart and bought a 3$ fake plant that's what me and my buddys did on our boats and they came out fine

I did a base of olive green, then with desert sand, paint over a small palametto.
