Default Point-a-la-Hache Saturday

Little windier than forecasted, but we managed to put together a decent mess of fish. Bite turned on around 9am and quit around 2:30. Dirty water was prominent inside. Caught and release some big reds and kept the smaller ones.

Ended up with 18 keeper trout, 8 reds and 2 drum.

IMO those drum taste better than the redfish. Always cut out the blood line and fry 'em up or dip them in butter, cover generously in Paul Prudhomme's Redfish magic, then pan fry.
