Default bulls on parade 10-24-09

rolled down to fourchon with FRITZ20 and met MEAUX FISHIN down there with some of his friends. the tide was rollin out fast as hell due to the combination of a natural out going tide and a strong north wind, still wasn't a match for the new trolling motor. picked up some specks here and there nothing was schooled up. saw some big reds tailing FRITZ20 beat me to the first one! found some ponds we were able to float in and landed another big bull. nothing like feeling a 36'' red smash a spinner bait when your ripping it in!! all reds were tagged and released.

It was chilly first thing in the morning. As the day went on it became quite comfortable. However, the sun kept going behind the clouds and the temp would drop.

I had a blast out there today. I have been knee deep in grad school so I needed a nice break. Can't wait to get out there again!!!

Great job Pox . Glad You'll enjoyed those gorilla"s attacking those spinners. Just a suggestion ; try a buzz bait . Look's like a#3 washtub comode flush when the fish strikes.
