Default V bay 10-6

Didn't make it to the landing until 1 pm. went found some fish around the trash pile. Mostly whities, with a few nice specs mixed in, as well as a 16.5 lb black drum.

we must have caught at least 50-60 whities on gulp shrimp under a cork.

we were the only ones there on arrival, and when we left there were a dozen boats waiting for the spot. Everyone behaved and kept their distance, no pot lickers.

made for a fun afternoon.

Nice catch...heading out there in the morning. Went saturday and had way too many boats chasing trout to fight it. Ended up getting a limit of reds in cote blanche bay.

Heard it has been good in VB for a week or so. Hope it is the beginning to a good fall. Thanks for the report.
