Bastards hit our hunting club 3 days after the season was over.......they flip breakers off hit the grey PVC with a hammer & bust it & cut with a sawsall & do the same where it was going into the camp, the campers they just unpluged & cutoff flush with the outside wall. Got 30 camps out of 40. Cops said we were the 3Rd hunting club to get hit in 3 days

I place a lot of this blame on the scrap buyers. The builders in Zachary are color codeing their copper with different combinations of paint for positive identification. Theives are hitting houses under construction ripping out copper wire and the copper tubing from HVAC. One homeowner pulled up to his new house to find water running out the front door because the scum bags wanted a 2' stubout of copper. If you build a new home, you better install some type of surveillence equipment. I say shoot on site and put a 'throw-down' pistol firmly in their cold dead hand...

Zachary......I built off Blackwater road, I installed a 400w halogen light on the oak tree in front & it lit up the world! Before any copper went into the house my neighbors said several times from 10pm to 3am a vehicle was seen or heard leaving my place, they were probably checking for copper, it all stopped when the big light was installed
