Default Big Lake 14th and 15th

Darren O and I took some of Toyota's upper management for two days of big lake fishing. With winds howling we had to stay up north and out of the lake for the most part. Found lots of fish Sat about noon catching one just about every cast. Only problem was most were undersize trout. It seemed every 10 or 15 your caught you were able to keep one.
Later that day the winds laid long enough to make a few reef drifts in the lake where we picked up some nicer trout and few reds.
Sunday we went to the place we found all the trout hoping some better size fish would be there early. Didnt happen as we stuck one after anothor but all 11inch trout. Shut it down about 10am so they could drive back to Houston

Over all they were able to catch lots of trout and between my boat and Darren's we managed a pretty good pile of trout

We have a good bumper crop of trout for this summer......Must have caught over 200 throw backs

sounds like you got on em after all the tourney traffic got off the water. We managed a couple trout, a couple reds, and a couple of flounder Sat. and tons of croakers....haha. My son managed 6th place trout so he was happy.

You tag a bunch of those small ones?
