We were in a boat at Holly Beach. Started at the 2nd set of rocks on the eastern side, made it to the fifth set before we ran into the fish. I was fishing top water at first w/o any luck. Switched over to a popping cork w/ some live shrimp and it was every cast. Bite died and we pulled up anchor. Switched over to a sand eel for the rest of the day and picked up a couple of fish at each set of rocks we came to.
Really fun day, thanks again for the invite buddy. Last edited by ringo123; 06-06-2013 at 01:17 AM. |

Nah, there were three of us in Austin's boat. Not sure what color his boat is, but I dont think its grey and blue. It's a 17 footer in need of a bigger ice chest!!
Just saw that I had put the rocks on the western side, it was the eastern side. |
