gas for truck/ trip 120.00
gas for boat / trip 30-250.00
ice 20.00/ trip
tackle 100.00/month
food waters 100.00/month
hotels/ camp rentals 300.00/ month
when i had a boat note add 350.00/month

Man, if my wife knew what I spent on hunting and fishing, she'd likely leave me! I told a friend the other day that, if anything were to ever happen to me, don't let my wife sell off my stuff for what I told her I paid for it!

Being that I have 3 boys & my wife goes to the hunting camp "every" weekend from Oct-Jan which is a little over 2 hour drive & fishing camp from Feb-Sept & it's a little over an hour. If I sat down & figured it out I'd probably throw up!

Seems like it's $200-$300 everytime I hook up the boat......hunting is more expensive it seems. Especially if you need to travel to get your game.

if I'm freshwater fishing, it usually cost me in fuel only about $50 a trip, and I go at least 5 times a month. $125

I probably go through at least $15 worth of tackle so thats another $75

and for saltwater i would have to at least double the fuel and baits about the same maybe less.

So $200 a month for 5 trips if I'm bass fishing, and probably $400-$500 a month if I'm in saltwater.

I really think my money has been better spent on the great outdoors lately than running bars and nightclubs in my younger catch and release years.....uh, uh......

might have to pm Montauk on this....

I spent $300 in gas for my truck for five days of fishing week before last. I can't add this stuff up or I may stop fishing.

I spend around $150 a tip in the summer and $50 in the winter.
I work 28/14 and usually make anywhere from 2-6 trips on my 2 weeks off.
Boat note and insurance is $450 a month.
But I'd pay 10x's that just to see my lil girl dancing around the boat when see catches a fish.

I spend way more money playing around with the lafayette talent than I do on hunting and fishing. That is scary cause I spend alot on hunting and fishing.
