But some muslim types armed with airplanes can murder over 3000 people. Some of the murdered were children.

Did the government ban airplanes? Did the government ban muslim types?

The answer is no to all.

History note: Columbine happened when the previous assalt weapon ban was in effect.

Lets start by taking away the guns of his body guards and see how safe he feels. Lets see how long a gun ban would last when he can't be protected from the criminal who bought the illegal gun on the streets. Criminals in prison can't have knifes or drugs but they still get them. No more than taking guns away from law abiding citizens. If guns were banned then why would law enforcement need guns. Ok I'll go ahead an answer this for you because the CRIMINALS would still have their guns.

So how would a ban on assault weapons be an act of taking your guns away? It is a ban on buying assault weapons, the government is not coming to your home to take away your guns that you own. That won't happen, it would take both Congress and the Senate to amend the constitution to have that done. I don't see it happening. Hey, if you want an assault weapon go by one now, before a ban, if a ban happens. No one stopping you now.

Try and find them...you know what a gateway drug is right...this is potentially a gateway to banning non "assault weapons"...

If you don't know the ar in ar15 stands for "armalite rifle" not "assault rifle" ****ing media

My point is, to take away our guns, it would literally take the act of Congress and the Senate to do so, personally, I don't see it happening.

Anything's possible, but I think those that would vote for such a thing would be looking for another job when the american people vote them out.

I'm just curious of how many of ya'll had the government come in and take their guns away from them when the last ban was in effect?

Stricter screening for purchasing of Guns and "assault rifles" that's my compromise if they don't like it, well I'm from the country and I'm hard headed, it's the way of my people, and its against my religion. If others can use these excuses and be untouchable so can I haha

Wag,
Quit drinking the kool aid. One ban on anything is only a stepping stone for the next thing they want to ban. Wake up.

So how many guns did the government take away from you on the last ban, and what other weapon did they ban after that ban? Not saying it couldn't happen just don't think it will? I'll be waiting for your answer.

They think its a one stop solution for an issue beyond any human control. Evil or whatever you want to call it will find a way regardless of a ban on hi cap mags or a "named" weapons group...he'll we helped funnel hundreds and hundreds of "assault weapons" to Mexico...lmao isn't that ironic. Eric holder is going to tell me what I can't have when he has blood on his hands...yeah I trust the GOV....that blew over didn't it? Bet this wont.

You are right on with the media, thank goodness that we do have the constitution, the 2nd amendment and unless there is an act of Congress and the Senate, they can not take our guns....PERIOD! The media can't take our guns away, they can influence, and they are good at that, but it's our Congress and Senate that have to vote to take away our guns away, and I don't see that happening.
