So the 2% is applied to the SS and not federal?

it will equate to approx 1200 dollars per year for me...nothing crazy but you know...

My wife does payroll. She said they got new software for the 2% increase, and there will be another software change in March. So get ready again.

We paid it at the higher rate for years, it was decreased two years ago by Obama to spur spending. Now he is letting it go back to the old level.
