Headed offshore fishing Iberia Rod and Gun. Water looks good in the pass. Good luck if you head out this weekend!

went yesterday, water rough and muddy at the point/cove, but we headed to Marsh Island where water was a bit better, then the Pass where it was not bad at all. No keepers, just small croakers, hard heads, gaff tops, one small shark and a crab trap. Filleted the crab trap :-)

I gotta stop giving y'all reports or y'all gonna think I don't know how to fish (which I obviously don't)

I'm thinking about Parkin AZZ at the Cypremort Point launch, cracking some beers open and watching the idiots launch and load.

Boat broke down in bay and we had to sit at the Point launch all day while we sent someone for the truck and trailer that we had parked at Boston.. Best day ever watching people launch and load their boats. You just can't get that kind of entertainment!!! It was too funny and at times pitiful to describe. Really not a bad day at all!

I like how the jet ski guys can fit 3 wide, but they launch one at a time and at a 45° angle... Meanwhile in the launch next to them is a guy with his Everglades tied up 20' off and perpendicular to the launch - never mind the 10 trucks waiting in line!
