I just save and freeze old water bottles. I have a shelf in the freezer of my beer fridge just for them.

the problem with things like this is I find they keep thinks "slightly" cool at best and only what is in actual contact with it so these would be better suited just to use to keep the bait well of live well cool IMHO.

I freeze 1/2 gallon milk jugs for the cooler, they have handles and won't roll around like 2 liter bottles do but mostly I freeze my own ice blocks using a tub something like this one: http://www.walmart.com/ip/40977738?r...ingMethod=p13n

I fill it about 4" deep and it makes a good solid 25 lbs block of ice that lasts all day in the fish cooler

x2 freeze water bottle....on the extremely hot summer day...you can tose a bottle or two in the live well to keep the bait alive.

also great to keep the frozen bottle of water next to you...as it defrost...you have a cold drink on hand...

You use these in conjunction with ice to make it keep longer... Not as the main cooling agent

I throw a frozen two little in the cooler before putting everything else and the ice, and it keeps noticeably longer. These look like a great alternative that wouldn't be as cumbersome.

You don't need that if you have a YETI, they make thier own ice.

I heard scientist are using yeti coolers in attempt to reach absolute zero. Be careful if you are using these things for recreational use.

Stock? I thought you had to do the "Salt Life sticker mod" to get a Yeti to produce ice?

Yea but did the ice freeze from the inside out, very crucial point?

That makes them freeze faster.

If you put a costa sticker on a Yeti, the YETI puts a UV/Polarization shield all around your boat.
If you put a Drake sticker on it and it calls in ducks during duck.... actually all you have to do is open the lid and your limit flies right in.

Rebrand these things and clean them up a bit... You could have a good little side business.

No, it's hard to find though. We need a thread to post locations in or something. I started a while back but fell off
