a feew more so you can ge some idea as to how it looks .that hump is very commffy and the trigger not being there gives you more flexibility.

total weight approx 3 0z with titanium low profile guides 8 guides plus tip rod is 6ft6.

there is no reel reason other than it is very light weight and for some people the trigger gets in the way, it is very nice if a person has a bads hand in some type way plus it gives you the flexiability to be able to grip the reel at any point and you can move your hand around much more freely, i have built this rod for people and them telling me that they were skepticul at first but after casting a few times it was an awesome feel, waders love it, plus the spiral will spoil you in itself i could sit here and type for 15 minutes on the pros that the spiral gives you, but i am just not very good at typing, the one thing i like about the reel seat is that the hump sits in the palm of your hand and it is very comfy if you do a lot of casting in a single day such as you would while wading.
of course it's not for everyone but then you dont know until you try and most people tell me that they pretty much like it at first or they dont.
the ones that seem to have a ggod feeling about it before hand end up it being thier favorite rod.give me a call if you just want to discuss it a bit, no charge for **** chat

WELL GUESS WHAT I JUST COMPLETED YOUR ROD BUTT, WHAT I MEAN TO SAY IS I HAVE THEWRAPPING DONE ON THE LOWER END THE BUTT WRAP IS COMPLETED BY ABOUT 5 MINUTES DANG MAN.
SORRY BUT THERE IS ALWAYS NEXT TIME, AND TRUST ME AFTER YOU FISH THIS CUSTOM BILLYSTIX SPIRAL, THERE WILL BE A DESIRE FOR ANOTHER ONE AND I CAN DO IT FOR YOU THEN.
TODAY I WENT TO THE POST OFFICE AND MAILED 6 RODS, THEN I WENT BACK TO MY TRUCK "DURANGO" TO PICK UP ANOTHER 6FT6 WITHITHOUT THE FORE GRIP I WENT BACK INSIDE AND WAITED IN LINE WHILE EVERYONE LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS NUT'S, HAD A LADY SAY TO ME "YOU GONNA WRAPIT BEFORE YOU MAIL IT" I SAID NO MAM HE DIDN'T PAY ENOUGH FOR ME TO WRAP IT THEN I TOLD HER I JUST WANTED TO GET A TOTAL WEIGHT ON THE ROD AFTER IT WAS BUILT 3 OZS NOW I AM GOING TO SEE WHAT IT WEIGHS AFTER ADDING THE FINISH JUST CURIOUS.
BUT LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT TO TRY ONE OUT I BELIEVE THAT ONCE YOU SEE HOW THE SPIRAL KEEPS THE REEL PLACED ON TOP OF THE SEAT WITH NO ROLLOVER AND NO ROD TWIST YOU WILL SEE WHERE THERE IS NO NEED FOR A TRIGGER AND THE HUMP IS LIKE YOU SAID VERY WELL FIT IN YOUR HAND'S, I WILL BE GIVING A NEW REEL SEAT A TRY THIS YEAR SOME TIME IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS AMERICAN TACKLE IS SENDING ME ONE TO TRY, I WANT TRY TO EXPLAIN IT NOW BECAUSE I AM NOT SURE HOW TO GO ABOUT DOING IT, ALL I CAN SAY IS IT TAKES 2 FINGERS TO HOLD THE SEAT ONE FOR THE BLANK AND ONE FOR THE SEAT.

Thats cool Stix, Thought I'd give it a try if possible. I am looking forward to the one I ordered. Don't rush on it. With this cold weather coming in, all I'll be doing with it is showing it off to my buds and gawking at it all day.
