If you support CCAs agenda, feel like you want to enter the star tourney, like to drink alot, like to buy raffle tickets, bid on overpriced random things that are somehow connected to the world of fishing, paricipate in auctions for hunting and fishing trips(sometimes you can get a good deal)

any or all of these are reasons to go

As the former president of the Lake Charles Chapter and former Chairman of the Board for the state of Louisiana I can tell you that the only reason we have trout and redfish in Calcasieu Lake today is because of what CCA was able to get done in Barton Rouge regarding netting. It's a great way to get involved and meet new people who like to fish.

Well said!

Go check out the banquet. I'm sure you'll have a great time.
