Default Pig shots aka Panty droppers

This is the next big thing! Great appetizer .
You will need :
2lbs (+/- ) of your favorite link sausage,Sliced in 1/2" thick slices.
enough bacon to equal ,1 slice per piece of sausage.
Take a piece of sausage and wrap the bacon around the sausage to form a cup. (looks like a shot glass). secure w/ toothpick if needed.

Filling recipe:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp homemade chipotle powder
2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1 1/2 tsp onion powder.

Mix the ingredients well and then fill each "cup" with between 1 - 1 1/2 tsp of the ingredients. Smoke until the bacon is crispy.

Chipotle , Half and seed 4 lbs of jalapenos, smoke for 2 hrs at around 250 on a cookie sheet. continue drying in oven at 150 till crunchy. grind in coffee grinder OUTSIDE THE HOUSE!!!! Or just go to the store and buy some chipotle powder???

I changed up the recipe a bit just to see. took out the chipotle and just put a tsp. of pepper jelly in before putting the filling in. real good.
