Default Fallen Deputy

I know when posting about law enforcement there is negativity, but I have to post because a friend of mine lost his life yesterday morning. He was a very good man and served his community well and was well liked in the community. I had the honor to work with him and indeed it was a honor to work with him. So if you have a minute today say and pray for the fallen deputy and his family he will be missed. R.I.P. my friend your journey on earth is done.

Great post Chris!! Randy was a fun guy to be around. He would always find a way to get under Mcgee's skin during squad meetings. He was a real guys guy!! He was a member of our CPSO Bass Club as well. So he wasn't just a brother in blue but a brother of the outdoors!! Thanks for all the memories Randy Benoit!!

My wife knew him thru her job. She told me the whole office were she works at was affected. This is the second LEO in the past 1 1/2 that's died due to the fact of not wearing a seatbelt. So sad but if they were wearing a seatbelt the outcome might've been different.

He will be missed. I grew up with that entire Benoit family and there never was a dull moment with Randy, he loved to "cut up" but always took care of business.

The Sulphur High School class of '88 has lost another school mate......

RIP Randy...we will meet again.

My brother is in law enforcement. I worry about him daily, my mind races and, my heart hurts to hear of such things.

It sounds like another good one has gone to spend eternity with our lord. My prayers are with his family.
