Default Wader repair kit
Popped a hole in my brand new waders. It's in a big gash in my boot, need to repair it. Never done one before anybody got any recommendations?

I use the Aqua Seal glue on my LaCrosse boots. Works good on my boots.

Stuff like "Shoe Glue" is junk.....IMO.

Clean up the surface dirt and apply the glue with some "over lap" and let it dry 24 hour is best.

Listen to Gerald I used the aqua seal if you put it on right it works great on the rubber part or the fabric I've used it on both the only thing it won't work on is a seam

I know what you mean it may be a little cheaper but I'm not takin a chance on waders they worth the money on the aqua seal and I used it two years ago still have the same waders and not had a problem

Just aqua sealed it, waiting on it to cure. Because of the location, I can't lay it flat so it's running but oh well. In welding terms, it's not really capped off, it's laying kinda flush. Hopefully it fuses good enough, it should stop the leak from what I see.

I patched a hole nearly the same size but on the knee on canvas waders and it's still holding strong
