Default Cormie's Bread Pudding

Do any of you guys have any inkling of what the recipe is for Cormie's bread pudding. I lived in Lake Charles for 18 years and had never tried it. I drove in yesterday to go check out the marsh, and while making my usual stop at Cormie's I grabbed some of their bread pudding. HOLY COW that's the best bread pudding ever.

I love their jerky. I've got some in the fridge right now.

I am not a big fan on the bread pudding at cormie's. I have heard people rave about it so I have tried it a couple times. It's good, but not worth the hoopla.

Default Cormie's bread pudding

Tried some yesterday and has cinnamon rolls in it for sure. My wife has a recipe pretty close. Donuts instead of cinnamon rolls. mmmm make me hurt myself. They were out of fresh so had to get the cold and heat when I got home.

Hmmm that might be it. One of the things I liked about it was the texture, it was a little firmer like if it's made with a brioche instead of regular white or French bread. Cinnamon rolls might explain that.
