Default shark at jetties

we caught this shark at the jetties this morning is this a hammer head or something else. we took pics and threw it back.

is this normal to catch these or is this rare

sorry picture quality is bad off my phone

Not really im pretty new at the saltwater scene so dont really go off of me but i think it was slow we fished everywhere i knew and only caught 4 keepers

On average, bonnethead sharks are about 1 m (3.4 ft) long, being the smallest hammerhead shark.
