I heard there is a lawsuit being fined between the contractor and the state, and it will stay closed until it is settled.
Don't look good people. This coming from a state engineer who is envolved in the project.

A friend of mine went to proce lake rd last week. No shrimp and small-med crabs. As far as JH boat launch, I hear what others have heard...slim to none it will open this year.

Absolutely! Everyone should contact their senators and congressmen. They could light a fire under these people. Especially with elections coming up. It's the small people like us that always get shafted. The boat launch itself IS COMPLETE. A sidewalk and a couple of other cosmetic items shouldn't keep the launch from being used because of contrator squables.
