Default Adams landing / spillway

We made a trip to spillway a week ago..put in at Adams landing. Fished w/ crickets, worms, jigs, spinner baits with no luck..not one bite. I was thinking the water still needs to drop more for the bite to get right. Any body been in the last few days in that area?

They were talking about this on paradise louisiana this weekend, said there is little to no oxygen. But, if you can find water that will keep your shiners alive, you will find fish.

Default Low oxygen

Thats right, we thought the water looked black / not right, We also lanched at the Bell River side just to take a look, went down about a mile south and found water that was a very brite green color, looked strange... Algae bloom from fertilizer runoff maybe?
