How the water levels doing and anyone doing good on the bass

We went Friday. The water was really high. Sitting near the bank in several areas, the water was 6-8' deep. Several times we found ourselves fishing under pecan trees that were in water. Clarity in Pelba was not too good. We were in the cuts and areas out of the way of the heavy boat traffic. Not much biting. Going to try again tomorrow on the other end and hope for better results.

We found these dinks early Friday morning in Henderson on buzz baits. All before 9:30. Water still high. Enough to make a fish fry for the immediate family.
