Default RKBA and Ukraine

Given the target rich environment provided by the invading soldiers, one can't help but wonder if the invasion might have been significantly slowed if Ukraine had a US-style meaningful RKBA.

In this event, long range rifles capable of head shots at 500-1500m would probably be more effective in deflating the morale and enthusiasm of the invading army than AR or AK style semi-automatics.

Short range work would likely be quickly quashed, but effectively applied long range work would slow the advance of invading troops and also likely rally a growing Ukrainian patriot movement in a case where the ruling government is incapable or unwilling to repel the invasion.

There can only be a "shot heard 'round the world" if the people maintain RKBA.

Project Appleseed is a great program for imparting marksmanship skills and essential world history.
