Default Female needs help!!

I have tried and tried to upload the pictres of my problem on this post but to no avail. I did manage to put them on my profile in an albulm. I would appreciate any help anyone could give me. My husband gave me a boat motor part and asked me to find one online but I have no idea what the part is called. lol I know the big part is the power trim and tilt motor for a 225 hp mercury , an arco 6250 I found that one online, but i have no idea what the other part is called. Can anyone save me from the wrath of my husband and simply give me a name f the small part lol heheh please. Any help is greatly appreciated.

PS. Thank you so much hunting fool for posting all 4 pictures below.
